Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine With Rotating Arm
While the pallet lies on the conveyor, the wrapping cycle is carried out by a rotating arm holding a film-roll. A steady and compact packing is guaranteed for all sorts of palletised products by a multilayer wrapping made with stretch film. lt is particularly suitable for light and unsteady loads. This machine can be installed on any existing packing line and it perfectly meets low production needs. It is complete with powered pre-stretch unit, film hooking and cutting unit, film sealing unit, boundary safety-guards, control board with PLC.
This machine, with rotating film-roll, allows steady and compact packing of all sorts of palletised load by a differentiated wrapping on products of sundry nature. The possibility of carrying out different wrapping cycles is the main feature of this machine. The wrapping program, in addition to the complete cycle, allows to carry out a downward cycle only, an upward cycle only and a wrapping of the top or the bottom of the pallet only. This machine can be installed on any existing packing line and it perfectly meets high production needs. It is complete with powered pre-stretch unit, film hooking and cutting unit, film sealing unit, boundary safety-guards, control board with PLC and different adjusting and control units.
